Thank you for choosing Sweet Passion. Below are the terms and conditions regarding the shipping and refund of orders from Sweet Passion’s website.

Shipping Policy

  • Processing Time:
    All cake orders are processed within 2-3 business days. For custom cakes, we recommend placing your order at least 2-3 days in advance. For same-day delivery, orders must be placed before 2 PM.
  • Same-Day Delivery:
    We offer same-day delivery for orders placed before 2 PM. Same-day delivery is available across Klang Valley, Shah Alam, and Selangor.
  • Packaging:
    Our cakes are carefully packaged in secure boxes to ensure they arrive fresh and in perfect condition. We take great care to prevent any damage during the delivery process.
  • Delivery Areas:
    We currently deliver to Klang Valley, Shah Alam, and Selangor. For other areas, please contact us to confirm delivery availability.
  • Delivery Tracking:
    Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email or WhatsApp to monitor the status of your delivery.
  • Pickup Option:
    You can opt to pick up your order from our location at 9, Jalan PJU 1A/10, Taman Perindustrian Jaya, Ara Damansara, 46050 Petaling Jaya, Selangor. Pickups are available from 10 AM to 6 PM, Monday through Sunday. Simply choose the “Pickup” option at checkout and select your preferred time.

Refund Policy

As all our cakes are perishable items, returns are not allowed once an order has been processed or delivered. We kindly ask that you review your order carefully before confirming your purchase.

  • Order Cancellations:
    Cancellations are allowed within 24 hours of placing your order. Any cancellations beyond this time frame will not be accepted if the order has already been processed or dispatched.
  • Refunds for Cancellations:
    If you cancel your order at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery or pickup, you will be eligible for a refund. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
  • Damaged Items:
    If your cake arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the issue. While we do not accept returns, we will assess the situation and, if necessary, offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
