As our cake is freshly made and stored in freezer prior to delivery, do allocate some time for the cake to thaw if you wish to consume the cake when it arrives.
The thawing process will take 2-4 hours, depending on the type of cake:
– 2 hours for sponge/mousse cakes
– 4 hours for cheese cakes
Store the cake in the refrigerator if you wish to serve the cake later. Cakes stored in the refrigerator must be consumed within 3 days.
Store the cake in the freezer if you wish to keep it for more than 3 days. Cakes stored in the freezer must be consumed within 10 days.
